The R105 is capable of stapling from 2 to 45 sheets of 20 lb. bond paper. The R105 is also "gangable" for multiple head stapling applications. 2 to 3 staplers can be "ganged" together. All will fire with one push of the foot pedal or trigger. This tool will take both 1/4" and 5/16" staples. The 1/4" staple will do about 20 sheets the 5/16 about 45. Some of its features are: Adjustable power control allows precise impact settings, detachable foot pedal. Dual adjustable touch trip triggers enable exact staple placement. Hinged safety shield automatically shuts power off when lifted. Two or more staplers can be linked together to operate the units with fiber optic cables. Optional table clamps allow stapling of paperboard and corrugated trays. This is a terrific machine for header cards allowing you to put 2 staples in a card 2" center to center. Padded shipping bags, blister packs and trays. Simply by adding extra units and fiber optic cables, users can go from a single head to multiple head stapling in less than 10 minutes.

Staples: It is best to use Salco blue streak 210/6 or 210/8, red streak or premium staples. Others tend to ruin the head.
